The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout contest which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to promote next month's boxing match.
Ex two time unified title holder Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will genuinely try to hurt him. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically famous for his theatrics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather criticized former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "a joke" after Ngannou rejected a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, criticized UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he said.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since turning professional.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the novice continues to be one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, regularly earning huge paydays.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would derail the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It will be my match with Fury next year," Paul said.
Physical Difference
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the usual stare-down, with their size difference on show, it emphasized just how surprising this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is truly happening.
